● 用伺服阀，电动或气动模拟输入信号进行位置控制调节
● 用电脉冲（二进制信号）进行步进控制或打开-关闭功能
● 当电源故障时的安全设计：
  - 锁定在故障时的位置
  - 通过使用液压蓄能器或弹簧力来移动到限定位置打开或关闭
● 防爆型设计

●  Modulating position control with servo-valve, analog input signal electric or pneumatic
●  Step control or open-close function with electric impulses (binary signals)
● Possible designs for failsafe position in case of electric power supply failure:
  - Blocking in the last control position
  - Moving to limit position open or close by using a hydraulic accumulator or with spring force
● Special designs for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres
